Oh poor baby Zac Efron, I hope this is all lies. Remember when I told you all that he slipped on a puddle and broke his jaw? Well, according to RadarOnline, he didn’t slip on a puddle at all, but it was a relapse and he fell into glass table after a night of partying. He was allegedly so nervous to call 911 that he had a friend take him to the ER.  I hope this is all lies and tabloid fodder, but either way, we send our good vibes to Zac.
