“Big Brother just got good,” says Randy, and he points to this discussion between Will and Janelle as an example:
Will: Let’s not get on the moral high ground here, let’s not get self-righteous. We’re all evil sinners in this house. That’s why we’re here. But there’s honor among thieves and that’s what I’m looking for here, a little honor among thieves. The people who are gonna lose this are the people who are self-righteous.
Janelle: People are gonna be really pissed because I’m doing what I said I wouldn’t do.
Will: So what? That’s what this game’s about.
Janelle: I just never played that way before.
Will: Right. But that’s how you win, and the reason I know that is because I won.
What people don’t know about Will is that he bullies the Big Brother producers into letting him get do-overs in the diary room, reshooting and honing his comments until he’s satisfied that what he’s said and how he’s said it is adorable, charming, and charismatic. Is it working?
