Friday night, Jon Voight (actor and the man who gave us Angelina Jolie) posted a video (in 2 parts) on Twitter calling Trump,
“The greatest president since Abraham Lincoln.”
… our president has our utmost respect and our love. This job is not easy for he’s battling the left and their absurd words of destruction.
I’m here today to acknowledge the truth. I’m here today to tell you, my fellow Americans, that our country is stronger, safer, and with more jobs because our president has made his every move correct.
So let us stand with our president, let us stand for this truth that President Trump is the greatest president since Abraham Lincoln. God bless America.”
Voight supported the late John MCain in ’04 and Mitt Romney in ’08 and in that year, in an op-ed in The Washington Times, Voight said,
“The Democrats have targeted young people, knowing how easy it is to bring forth whatever is needed to program their minds. I was caught up in the hysteria during the Vietnam era, which was brought about through Marxist propaganda underlying the so-called peace movement.”
Voight has been a BIG Trump supporter and said early in his campaign,
“Trump would be a great president.”
Voight now sits on the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts‘ board of trustees after being appointed by Trump in March of this year.
I usually finish stories that include a video with
“Watch.”
I can’t bear to, but feel free…
