So between now and December, we are nominating the best of the best in social media – our favorite bloggers, instagrammers, Viners, twitterers, and YouTubers. Then, at the end of the year, we’re having a humungous party to announce the winners. The October nominees are:

Best Youtube: The gorgeous Gigi Gorgeous (AKA the Barbie doll you’ve always wanted to be) promotes positive messages about self love, therefore is one of our favorite Youtubers!

Best Twitter: Monica Lewinsky has been on Twitter for less than a week, and only tweeted three raaaather innocuous things, but we’re on the EDGE OF OUR SEAT waiting for more

Best Blog: The always insightful, always entertaining Dangerous Minds, of course! Our favorite go-to site for retro-underground ephemera.

Best Instagram: Clubkids_and_more has collected a cache of pictures documenting the clubkid era that will BLOW YOUR MIND. If you’re into that sort of thing.

Best Vine: Sharon Needles, of course, who has perfected the art of the 6-second shockeroo.
