It announces the opening of the World of Wonder Storefront Gallery’s “Svedka Vodka Presents Hollywood DC: Lights! Camera! Election!” exhibit (or, “SVEDKA presents Screenland, DC: Lights! Camera! Election! businessman a marking in the Group of Respond Storefront Room’s hurrying and stormy chronicle”). It reads kind of like a hybrid of dummy copyfill and the literal English spoken by Coneheads from France.

Humans of Astonishment (WOW) was founded by Randy Barbato and Fenton Bailey in 1992.
