Coley Laffoon, the freelance videographer who filed for divorce from Men in Trees star Anne Heche in February, petitioned the court in May for joint legal custody and primary physical custody of Homer, the couple’s five-year-old son, stating that Heche had “poor parenting skills” and had exhibited “bizarre and delusional behavior” (read: is insane) that made him wary of leaving the boy in her care. Househusband Laffoon, who claims to be the one who created a semblance of stable home life for Homer, requested that Heche be required to undergo a psychological evaluation. Heche, who laid out her mental health problems in her autobio, Call Me Crazy, shot back saying, “Coley does stay at home while I am working, but not to parent.” She says it’s so he can enjoy his favorite pastimes of playing Ping-Pong and poker, checking out online porn, and masturbating. She refused his request for monthly spousal and child support of $45,000, but agreed to $19,000 for May. The judge awarded custody of Homer to Laffoon with Heche being allowed alternate weekend visitation. And she’s no stranger to visitations. (Source)
