Snowflake Mountain is a reality competition that takes ten people and puts them in a wilderness retreat.

With very little at their disposal besides their basics and their wits, ten young adults think they’re going to a luxury resort for a reality show, so they do their selfies, and overpack their luxury accessories and designer duds.

But they’re in for a BIG surprise, snowflake. The show’s definition of a “snowflake”;

A young person who is considered overly emotional, easily offended, and dramatic.”

Netflix says their new series is

funny & warm-hearted.”

But as The Guardian asks, who, exactly, is Snowflake Mountain for? It isn’t for liberals who’ll be pissed off by the way the show caricatures and patronizes Gen Z. And it’s NOT exactly for the conservative Fox News crowd either, they won’t like growth, self-examining touchy-feelyness, although they do like the word “snowflake”…

In the end is it for everyone? No one? Spotted in your Netflix cue and you’ll realize that life’s too short to get involved with this sort of manipulative horse poo. Or maybe you’ll like it? See for yourself.
