Mac (who looks ADORABLE) and his friends have converted his loft into an art studio and discuss their burgeoning art collective, 3MB, in this video. “We cleared out everything, laid down some plastic, and just went a little nuts at the art supply store,” he says. “We pretty much paint 24/7 here,” says Adam Green. The paintings of He-Man and naked Seinfeld characters and poker-playing bears are described as “a lethargic look at nostalgia and leisure” which I’m NOT EVEN GOING TO TOUCH, but it’s all perfectly fabulous. And have I mentioned how good Mac looks? He does. Their gallery debut is at LPR (Le Poisson Rouge) on September 13, and will be be on display through December 15, so check it out.
