It was announced today that not only is Paris Hilton the first heiress to hit the charts with a poppy single, or any single for that matter, but she now has her own channel on YouTube. Seems Warner Bros Records and YouTube conspired teamed up to create the Paris Hilton Brand Channel – providing advertisers a place to showcase video content on YouTube with a look and feel that is consistent with their brand imagery. But what product could be left to associate with Hilton that Hilton hasn’t already got on the market herself? Sigh. The more you hate her the more successful she becomes.
