Since 1969 the Los Angeles LGBT Center has cared for, championed, and celebrated LGBTQ+ individuals and families in Los Angeles and beyond. They are an amazing and trusted resource for LGBTQ+ folks and provide mental health, medical, social, housing, legal, youth, and senior services.
Today the Center’s nearly 800 employees provide services for more LGBT people than any other organization in the world, and in addition to their services, they offer offering programs and global advocacy that span four broad categories: Health, Social Services and Housing, Culture and Education, Leadership and Advocacy.
The LGBT Center has truly been an unstoppable force in the fight against bigotry and the struggle to build a better world, a world in which LGBTQ+ people can be healthy, equal, and complete members of society.
Below are some ways you can support the LGBT Center’s amazing work.
