On last week’s American Horror Story premiere, we were introduced to Pepper, a sweetly murderous pinhead (omg, can I say that?), frolicking on the grounds of Briarcliff, trying to get Lana (Sarah Paulson) to play with her. Series creator Ryan Murphy tweeted the behind-the-scenes pic at left, cryptically saying “Pepper knows all.” On the right is Naomi Grossman, the actress who plays her, at the premiere without all the prosthetics and makeup. The commenters on HuffPo were quite cruel, saying they couldn’t tell the difference, but I think she looks great.
