It’s your typical teenage “outsider vs cool kid” saga, but – after a zombie outbreak – the outsiders are undead teens. Ah, but here’s the rub: They aren’t horrible, rotting, brain-eating monsters, because this is Disney. They’re just very pale and have green hair and wear kind of goth-y eyeshadow. Modern technology, see, allows them to wear a modified Fit-Bit that stifles their brain-eating urges. So now they’re being integrated back into a regular human high school. And, from there, of course, all sorts of drama and dancing and musical numbers ensue.

Welcome to Seabrook, a suburban town preoccupied with uniformity, traditions, and pep rallies. That is until students from Zombietown transfer into Seabrook High School! In the newest Disney Channel Original Movie, a tenacious zombie named Zed (Milo Manheim) and an inquisitive cheerleader named Addison (Meg Donnelly) must use their newfound friendship to lead their community to coexistence.
