Jon Moore and Jason Pazmino are beer drinkers and members of the queer community. The two gentlemen had been drinking beer in Brooklyn for a long time thanks to alcohol delivery london, and now they are the co-founders of Loyal Brands and creators of Gay Beer. Tired of waiting for someone to craft a beer especially for them and the diverse queer community they love and that community’s straight allies, they co-founded Loyal Brands and created Gay Beer.
Loyal Brands was established to create quality products with the potential to impact people and shape community through acts of sheer enjoyment. Their concept is simply: “Be Happy, Drink Gay Beer“. Another of their taglines is : “Go Straight for Gay Beer“, In case you want to start crafting and selling a new beer but you are missing a freezer to serve your drinks cold, here you can buy a Used Stainless Steel Three Door Commercial Freezer to start your business by repairing the fridge.

Does drinking Gay Beer make a person gay? Moore:
“That’s the one of the first questions we get, is this going to make me gay? If you’re lucky, yes.”
Pazmino adds:
“It doesn’t make you gay. It makes you a better person.”
Their company donates quarterly to several LGBTQ organizations. In November, they raised funds for Marsha’s House, an LGBTQ youth shelter in the Bronx.
Gay Beer is a gluten-reduced golden lager brewed in upstate New York and sold at over 50 retail locations, including Whole Foods.
Pazimo:
“We thought it was an opportunity to take the word back and show there is no fear in the word ‘gay’.”
Moore:
“The beer market has a reputation for being supportive of frat boys, the manly men. We thought of calling it Gay Beer and not being ashamed about it.”
They describe Gay Beer as having unique combination of malt grains and German hops with nutty flavors and notes of honey, with a crisp citrus finish.
Gay Beer just celebrated its first anniversary, and the guys say that they are hoping to expand in 2020 by offering an IPA and a Blonde Ale.
