Nicole Scherzinger won season ten of Dancing with the Stars last night. Although she became famous through her work as a member of The Pussycat Dolls, she was not considered a professional dancer and was allowed to compete as a celebrity amateur. In 2002, Scherzinger and 311 frontman Nick Hexum were engaged to be married and she became the inspiration for this laid-back tune. She even makes a cameo in the video, as she dodges waves with her ex-fiance. I’d like to say that Nicole and I shared a moment on the set of The Sing Off last winter, but it was likely just a moment for me; a moment that will last a lifetime. Amber really is the color of her energy.
