I mean… What muscles I once had are beginning to atrophy, so I probably SHOULD get out of bed and exercise with Olympic diver/LGBTQ icon Tom Daley. But then again, maybe I’ll just eat the last of my Milano cookies and watch. He’s sooooooo pretty.

“Lots of people are self-isolating at home or social distancing, and sometimes you can run out of things to do and you can feel a bit down on yourself,” he said.
“Well, I’m hoping to do a series of home workouts that I’ve been doing to try and boost a little bit of morale and a little bit of spirit, because if you can just move a bit, even if you’re inside… if you can manage to do 10 minutes of movement and 10 minutes of exercise each day it’s going to make you feel so much better and give you more energy and hopefully a more positive outlook.”
