Denis Ouch is a Russian street art and graffiti artist based in Brooklyn, New York. Since his early days, he been fascinated with spray paint cans. “It’s always pleasant even to do a straight line or a cross,” he says. At some point he was inspired by Pop Art and since then has started using silkscreens and stencils , combining two styles, featuring things that are seen everyday and some that aren’t. There are ideas that appear during the creative process that can then be passed on to the viewer, to interpret as they wish. “At times I picture a better world and paint it,” he says. “It’s so good my stomach hurts.”
