Shooting for Michael J Fox’s new TV project began today on Reade Street between Broadway and Church in downtown Manhattan (also at Worth and Centre Streets). The project is said to be a single-camera comedy created by Cougar Town‘s Sam Laybourne with Will Gluck, and already has an order for 22 fall episodes. The untitled NBC show, or “project,” is loosely based on Fox’s real life: He plays a husband and father of three in New York City “dealing with family, career, and challenges, like Parkinson’s Disease” – which sounds more nerve-wracking than comedic to us. But we’ll see. The guy can be extremely insinuating. (Photos: Pacific Coast News)
