In 2018, Mona was captured by photographer, Ruben Natal-San Miguel performing as Wonder Woman at Wigstock 2.0 in the shadow of the Brooklyn Bridge. Ruben says,
“This a small tribute to our dear Nashom (Mona). He lost his wig at the beginning of the performance but he kept pounding on like a champ!
You will be dearly missed. Fly High!”
