David Cassidy, who many of you are old enough to remember was the star of The Partridge Family and you would buy 16 and Tiger Beat magazines the day they came out so you could carefully remove his gatefold photograph and tape it to the ceiling over your bed and hope to dream a wet one about him, has been charged with felony DWI after being stopped with a blood alcohol level of .1 in Schodack, New York. This is the second time the 63-year-old actor has been charged with driving under the influence, after being stopped by Florida police in 2011. Because of that prior conviction, Cassidy was charged with a felony and sent to the county jail on $2,500 bail, which he posted. In her new autobiography, A Memoir, his mother Shirley Jones says he has the same drinking problem that ultimately killed his father, actor Jack Cassidy, who went up in flames when he fell asleep drunk with a lit cigarette.
