This is a goddamn delight, that’s what it is.
As boinboing explains:
Just after teenage Edward Furlong blew up in Terminator 2, he released an album, titled “Hold On Tight,” in Japan. It also enjoyed a CD and vinyl release in South Korea and sweet sweet cassette in Indonesia.
And… well…. it’s the very definition of camp. Naive, slightly off target, artfully wtf, and earnestly fabulous…. It ought to have been the only song playing at the Met Ball this year.
So please – I urge you – it back, relax, and enjoy the completely nutty and adorably tone-deaf rendering of the ’60s classic by Eddie Furlong, below.
