A barber in Amsterdam who killed one of his clients with scissors back in 2000 was arrested Friday for attempted manslaughter after stabbing another client. The unidentified barber who works in a shop called The Hairbox on the Albert Cuyp, was acquitted of his previous crime when it was successfully argued in court that he’d had to fend off an attack by a customer who was drunk. The recent incident, involving a 28-year-old, occurred during a dispute over a pair of glasses, said the barber. Which is why we usually keep the chat with our barber Tony limited to asking how much longer the haircut’s gonna take. (Source)
