Kourtney Kardashian in Miami, and I’m going to give this a tentative “yes.” True, she looks like a child playing dress-up, and I don’t particularly like myself for posting a Kardashian sister on the blog, but I like the tunic, the glasses, and yes the cheap dimestore turban. Worn individually they’re all pretty wow. But wearing them together takes chutzpah, and she pulls it off.  So welcome to the WOW Report, Kourtney. Just don’t get too comfortable.
