This Friday – tomorrow – episode two of Debbie Does Dallas…Again hits the air, and this one’s hotter than an all-girl three-way with a pink strap-on (which was an integral part of episode one). For those of you who’ve been living under a rock, Debbie is World of Wonder’s new seven-part documentary series about what happens when Vivid Entertainment, the world’s finest purveyor of adult films, tries to remake the seminal 70s porn movie “Debbie Does Dallas.” Even after just one episode, there’s a lot on the line – the Vivid girls are ready to claw each others’ eyes out for a shot at the starring role, and Vivid’s ace director Paul “PT” Thomas thinks this is the perfect project to make into a musical. This week, the stakes get even higher with the introduction of a new character: Eon McKai.
Eon is one of Vivid’s newest directors, and he’s the principal practitioner of “Alt Porn,” an adult film sub-genre that attempts to subvert the conventions of traditional pornography by emphasizing certain aspects of the adult iconography. That, and using really hot girls with
lots of tattoos and piercings.
Eon’s an interesting guy – the Adult Video News calls him one of the most influential porn directors of all time, and he’s harnessed the power of the internets to put together a hardcore crew of wild young thangs who are ready to run the old-school pornographers like PT right out of the Valley. Even better, until now Eon’s picture has never been seen outside the
insular world of Alt Porn. Seriously. Try doing a Google image search and see what comes up. That’s pretty amazing for a guy who’s built himself into an underground legend with little more than a laptop and a Sidekick.
So what does Eon look like? Can he wrestle the reigns of “Debbie” away from poor old PT? What about the girls – is Monique ever going to stop bitching about Stefani’s tiny titties? And does Sunny really think she’s going to land the leading role when she won’t even get within spitting distance of any unsheathed male genitalia? You’ll get all the answers and more (oh…so much more!) this Friday on Showtime at 11pm when Debbie does Dallas…again!
