The younger brother of Mia Farrow, John Charles Villers-Farrow, 66, has been arrested in Washington and charged with child sex abuse after two men who were neighbors of Villers-Farrow told police three months ago that they were sexually abused by him over an eight-year period when they were between the ages of nine and 16. Villers-Farrow surrendered to police on Wednesday and is facing counts of perverted practice, child abuse, sex abuse of a minor, and assault.
