The Manor, one of the LA’s largest and most extravagant mansions, just droped the price by $10 million to $155 million.
Originally built by TV producer Aaron Spelling, it was sold by his widow, Candy Spelling, in 2011 for $85 million to British Formula One racing heiress Petra Ecclestone, who was just in her early 20s at the time.
She her then husband, James Stunt, spent $20 million more fast three-month renovation. Stunt and Ecclestone divorced in 2017, originally asking $200 million price. The price dropped to $160 million before a mystery buyer came along and paid just under $120 million.
Ultra-high-end real estate gossip says that the current owner is a Middle Eastern sheikh and now it’s back on the market.
Built in 1990 on almost 5 acres in Holmby Hills the house is 56,000 sq ft with;
- 14 bedrooms
- 27 bathrooms
- gym
- bowling alley
- screening room
- full spa, complete with beauty salon
- massage & tanning rooms
- Plus a 7,000 sq ft primary suite with it’s own kitchen
Have a look around. It’s perfect if you have billions and you enjoy hiking around your own house. God forbid you leave your glasses in the bowling alley.
