Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have finally found a house to call home in Beverly Hills after nearly a year of searching.
It first hit the market in 2018 for $135 million but that price was slashed nearly in half when it was re-listed this year for $75 million. The couple got a deal at $15 million under the asking price, paying $60.85 million (IN CASH!), according to TMZ.
The 46,000 square foot mansion (formerly the Wallingford Estate) pretty much has EVERYTHING, sitting on 5-acres in the Hills of Beverly with not one but two private, gated entrances. (To throw off the paps, no doubt…)
It also features:
- 12 bedrooms
- 24 bathrooms
- 5,000 square-foot guest suite
- caretaker’s house
- two-bedroom guard house
- sports lounge
- screening room
- wine cellar
- whiskey lounge
- spa with sauna & massage rooms
- full makeup, hair & nail salon
- the largest zero edge pool in Beverly Hills
- AND an indoor sports complex with basketball & pickleball courts & a boxing ring
What, no gift wrap room or on-site florist?

Yesterday furniture was seen being moved into the mansion with various furniture rugs, flowers, and household stuff laid out for the drones flying overhead to take inventory.
According to multiple sources the couple has had several false starts, going into escrow on a few other estates but then pulling the plug before closing.
Have a look around and don’t get lost. Um, which way is the sports complex? I have a pilates session at 4…
