Kathy Griffin’s new Hollywood home is NOT a joke, although she’s bound to get some material from her new next door neighbors. Griffin’s Mediterranean-inspired mansion in swanky Bel Air is right next door to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. If you look at the photo to the left, you can see neither house has much land and for the size and price –they seem to be less than 20 feet apart. But Kimye are there temporarily, it seems while their new even bigger Calabasas home is being completed. It has been on and off the market over the past two years.

Kathy’s was built in 2003 and was recently updated and renovated. The lower level has a billiard room, a wine cellar, and a home theater as well as a large swimming pool. She paid $10.5 million for the 13,377-square-foot home with 9 bedrooms and 12 baths. She is rolling large, these days, huh? Her next stand-up special might just be called, “The Next Door Neighbors.”
