Emma Stone is selling her modest, yet fab, Malibu home.
Stone and her husband, comedian and director Dave McCary, purchased and renovated the property in 2018, according to Architectural Digest. Four years later, Sotheby’s International Realty just listed it for $4.3 million. (As nice as it is, anywhere else, besides LA, Palm Springs, the Hamptons, or Miami and this house would be half a million…right?)
The 1764 square foot house, built in 1958 has;
