Jay-Z and Beyonce’s new 30,000 square foot Malibu mansion cost the billionaire power couple a large –not a small– fortune.

According to TMZ, the whopping price makes it THE most expensive home ever sold in the state of California and the second most expensive in the U.S, the top being a NYC penthouse that sold for $238 million.
But they got it for a steal –30% OFF! The house reportedly was listed for $295 million!
Pritzker prize winning architect Tadao Ando designed the minimalist concrete dwelling (which took almost 15 years to build) sits on eight prime acres overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Malibu.
This is their second big Cali real estate purchase. In 2017, they bought a Bel-Air mansion for $88 million, and invested millions more. It is now estimated to be worth $100 million today.
