According to TMZ, rapper Young Dolph was outside the Shoe Palace at the Hollywood and Highland intersection when he was hit multiple times by gunfire. Thankfully, officers were nearby and responded immediately. He was rushed to a nearby hospital (I’m assuming Cedars Sinai) where it was later revealed that his injuries appear to be non-life threatening. As of a few minutes ago, one person has been arrested in connection with the shooting (but no further details).

TMZ is quick to remind us:

It’s not the first time this year the rapper’s come under gunfire … back in February his SUV was shot at over 100 times while he was in Charlotte, N.C… Blac Youngsta turned himself in for the shooting in May after a warrant was issued for his arrest.
