The president will face his first organized protest by gay and civil rights activists tonight. The Courage Campaign and other progressive activist groups will stage a protest of President Obama’s continuing silence and lack of action on LGBT issues at a fundraiser for the Democratic National Committee at the Beverly Hills Hilton tonight.
