Pride is a time for the LGBTQ community and their allies to come together, right?
At a time when queer lives across the globe are under attack it’s more important in 2023 than ever.
But Justin Bieber’s father, Jeremy, thinks the queer community should be thankful THIS MONTH, for straight people.
In a now-deleted tweet he posted,
Don’t forget to thank a straight person this month for your existence.”

After the backlash he offered a the lukewarm apology:
Acknowledging the nuclear family is offensive?
My apologies to those offended. Was not my intent. Not that my opinion matters.”
FYI, Jeremy left Justin Bieber’s mother, Pattie Mallette, shortly after he was born in 1994.
Jeremy Bieber gave the “nuclear family” gig a few more tries. He has four children with three different women. He tweeted a few days ago,
We need to celebrate families. U know the reason we’re all here! The things this generation glorifies is unbelievable!”
Ejaculating into a woman doesn’t make you a family man. #whatisyourglory

Twitter is NOT having the apology, with one user responding,
Sorry yes lets glorify families.
The three ‘families’ you’ve started w[ith] three different women having kids all around. GLORIFY FAMILIES!!!”
Another posted
Don’t forget to thank LGBTQ families for adopting the children unwanted by the straight people who abandoned them.”
