It’s a sad and messy story: Before she died this week of still-unknown causes, adult film star August Ames was taking a lot of heat on social media for warning a female performer that her partner had done gay porn before, saying she wouldn’t perform with men who did gay pornography and that it was a matter of personal health. She was blasted as homophobic by an onslaught of outraged Twitter users, among them, pansexual adult star Jaxton Wheeler who condemned her in a since-deleted tweet:
A horrible thing to say, made even more horrible because she later died.
Now, porn company Evil Angel said that they would never hire Jaxton Wheeler again, with other performers calling for an industry-wide blacklisting of the actor.
