Grind on Me Vines are all the rage. They remind me of a combination of “Up Downs,” a tortuous calisthenics from high school football practice, and that TOTALLY embarrassing time in junior high, when my brother walked in and caught me making sweet love to the living room couch. Happy Hump Day!
