Millipedes: They’re a gateway bug.
And lemurs just looooove to munch on them.
Apparently, millipedes are, like, totally toxic, and when the lemurs take quick bites of them, they begin drooling heavily. They then mix their saliva with the toxic bug juice and rub it all over their fur as a sort of insect repellant to ward off malaria-carrying mosquitos and whatnot. But there’s a fun little side effect that happens – they get completely zooted.
