18th century gown recreated entirely in paper by Belgian artist and sculptor Isabelle de Borchgrave from her large scale installation entitled “Prêt-à-Papier: The Exquisite Art of Isabelle de Borchgrave” at the Hillwood Estate Museum and Gardens in Washington.
