What happens with puppets when the kids aren’t around? This.
The Happytime Murders is a filthy, dirty comedy set in the underbelly of LA where puppets and humans coexist. In this clip below, a dirty, trash can muppet says to Melissa McCarthy, a cop,
“Dirty puppet: “For 50 cents, I’ll suck your d*ck…”
McCarthy: “Well, it’s a great price. Almost makes me wish I had a d*ck for you to suck…”
Dirty puppet: “I’ll take that as a yes!“
And that sets the tone. Two detectives, one human (McCarthy) and one puppet, are forced to work together again to solve the murders of the former cast of a beloved classic puppet TV show.
It’s an all-star cast with Maya Rudolph, Joel McHale, and Elizabeth Banks, directed by Brian Henson. Make sure the kids are out of the room. In theaters, August 24.
