After his vomit-inducing cuddle sesh with the neo-Nazi asshat, Bill Maher weighed in last night on Milo Yiannopoulos‘ fall from grace.
“By the end of the weekend, by dinnertime Monday, [Yiannopoulos is] dropped as a speaker at CPAC. Then he’s dropped by Breitbart, and his book deal falls through,” Maher told the New York Times.
“As I say, sunlight is the best disinfectant,” added Maher. “You’re welcome.”
Except that’s not really what happened. Milo’s big mouth got him in trouble, with no help from Mahr at all. If anything, Mahr damaged HIS OWN brand by normalizing the hate-speech-spewing idiot and not bothering to correct his transphobic nincompoopery. The entire interview reeked of Jimmy Fallon‘s kid-glove treatment of Donald Trump when he opted to toussle his toupee rather than push the then-candidate on difficult issues. History will remember these ass-kissing transgressions.
But wait. There’s more.

Maher, however, wasn’t joyous at the turn of events.
“I wasn’t trying to get him removed from society,” Maher said, noting that some had tried to do exactly that to him many times over the years. “It just rubs me the wrong way when somebody says, ‘I don’t like what this person is saying — he should go away.'”
Well, I’m saying it to YOU, Bill. You should go away.
