#MTVMovieAwards16: Stars Got the Memo That Black Is the New Black on the Red Carpet

Not EVERYONE wore black this year on the MTV Movie Award‘s red carpet but you could say it was a theme that was hard to miss. Kendall Jenner‘s all-the-way-up-there, lace-up black heels apparently took two people to help get her into them. (Think she’s not a big star? Take a look at the number of likes and comments she got on that Instagram pic!) Other stars took a simpler approach but black always looks good, there were a few exceptions, like Brittany Snow in all red. Guys seemed to be pretty casual for the most part. And the always adorable Chris Pratt showed up in a navy leather jacket – and that face.
