Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene continues to make headlines, this time by interrupting President Biden’s State of the Union address.
She screamed “liar” for all the world to hear.
On several other occasions, Republicans took to heckling the president as he tried to speak over their shouts. (Someone even yelled “bullshit”.) MTG also shouted out
China is spying on us.”
By that point, though, nobody seemed to be fazed by it, including Biden.
But after the speech MTG complained about HIS “yelling” during the speech. Greene said in a video shared on Twitter,
I just got back to my office after listening to the State of the Union with Joe Biden.
Part of the time we couldn’t really understand what he was saying because he was yelling at people—
yelling through the applause, and mumbling through his words.”
She also had other complaints with the his address, including that he
talked a lot about communism and controlling private companies.”
