For over half a minute, Republican Senator Mitch McConnell stood frozen mid-sentence while at the podium during a live press conference.

The unsettling incident happened as McConnell was preparing to discuss the legislative agenda during his weekly meeting where he is available to the press.
Via 6ABC:
McConnell, a Kentucky Republican, stopped speaking in the middle of remarks at his regularly scheduled weekly news conference on Capitol Hill. After a 30-second pause, his colleagues crowded around to see if he was OK and asked him how he felt. GOP Sen. John Barrasso of Wyoming was seen gripping McConnell’s arm and whispered to him, “Hey Mitch, anything else you want to say? Or should we just go back to your office? Do you want to say anything else to the press?”
McConnell later returned to answer questions, saying, “I’m fine.”
McConnell is 81 and had a concussion earlier this year after falling down. That led to several weeks of physical rehabilitation, but he has been back at work for a couple of months.
