Paris, Prince, and Blanket Jackson are are reportedly considering filing a lawsuit against alleged sexual abuse victims Wade Robson and James Safechuck in the wake of HBO’s explosive documentary Leaving Neverland.
The potential suit, according to a source close to the family, would be for fraud, emotional distress, slander and misrepresentation.
This is in addition to the Jackson family estate, which is seeking $100 million from HBO for daring to even air the doc.
Jackson’s children, however, are not seeking money, and say that any money awarded would be given to charity.

Instead of cash, the kids want Robson and Safechuck to accept “responsibility” and to give an “apology.”
The family source added, “It’s very important to them they carry forward” their father’s “legacy of philanthropy and humility.”
Hmmm. No word on whether the Jackson kids have, you know, actually SEEN the documentary, which makes a rather compelling case against Jackson. I suspect if they had seen it, they would quietly just wish it would all go away, instead of stirring up a hornet’s nest with a lawsuit again Robson and Safechuck. But we shall see.
