Doja Cat hit the Met Gala carpet as Karl Lagerfeld’s famous cat, Choupette.
The theme for Vogue‘s annual ball this year was “in honor of Karl” and Doja Cat wore a form-fitting custom Oscar De La Renta gown. She looked purrrr-fect thanks to her glam squad.
Her kitty makeover, which included prosthetics, took about four hours and the all-white dress features 350,000 beads!

Jared Leto also went as Choupette but required only a minimum amount of makeup inside the cat head costume.
The famous Choupette reportedly inherited part of the Karl’s $200 million fortune.
French newspaper Le Figaro, says Choupette might be entitled to Lagerfeld’s fortune under German law if she was his “heir”.
Choupette’s Instagram account has over 200,000 followers and Lagerfeld famously said of his beloved kitty in 2015,
She has her own little fortune, she’s an heiress.”
Lagerfeld passed away in 2019 at 85.
