The ever-ghoulish, ever-shocking Marilyn Manson was performing last night at the Glen Helen Amphitheater in San Bernardino (a city, TMZ reminds us, where a terrorist killed 14 people in December of last year). He rolled onstage in a wheelchair (as he’s still recuperating from an onstage injury that crushed his leg in September), then pretended to spray the crowd with bullets from a fake semi-automatic weapon.
