These two are not as odd a couple as you might think. They both have a love of poetry, music, and painting, and they both are keen on the bohemian lifestyle (multimillionaire Mac was mistaken for a bum last month in London, and recently a blotchy Pete was seen out in public wearing only a dressing gown). Mac and Pete met a few years ago when they both appeared in a really dreadful, unwatchable, badly acted 70-minute iPhone movie called The Wrong Ferrari, and immediately hit it off. A “source” told London’s Sun tabloid that Culkin has always been “a fan of extreme characters like Pete” and “can’t get enough of listening to Pete waxing lyrical about his painting and music.” Pete, who wants to be in movies, according to the source, “loves talking to Mac about acting.” (Although Mac has said he’s given up acting entirely to pursue art.) Whatever their reasons for becoming roomies, we couldn’t be more excited about this seemingly unlikely pairing of two of our favorite celebs. Developing.
