Love Nuts for the Holidays

One of my favorite hidden gems here in LA is Compartes Chocolates. Not only are they delish, but creative as well. Love Nuts is my favorite creation of theirs and my nut of choice is the almond. The almonds are caramelized with a hint of sea salt and Tahitian vanilla then tossed in their fabulous chocolate. They just launched a new line of amazing chocolate bars too.
