Kesha found out the hard way some people don’t like to hug on Monday night when she asked Jerry Seinfeld for one. Both were attending the David Lynch Foundation’s National Night of Laughter and Song when the singer spotted Seinfeld, who was being interviewed by radio host Tommy McFly. She’s apparently a big fan.
“I’m Kesha, I love you so much. Can I give you a hug?”
“No, thanks.”
She must have thought he was joking, so she tried agin.
“Please? A little one?”
“Yeah, no thanks.”
After she walked away Seinfeld and McFly laughed about it as he said.
“I have no idea who that was…”
After being told he said,
“Well, I wish her the best.”
Awkward. Do you think he was being rude or maybe just doesn’t hug people he doesn’t know, famous or not?
Watch.
