A subversive take on Archie, Betty, Veronica, and their friends, exploring the surrealism of small town life – the darkness and weirdness bubbling beneath Riverdale’s wholesome facade.
The upcoming CW movie (with an eye to becoming a series), stars newcomer KJ Apa who won the titular role of the iconic comic book character Archie Andrews after an exhaustive four-month search. Also joining the cast: BEYOND adorable former child star Cole Sprouse as Jughead, Luke Perry as Archie’s Dad, Casey Cott as Riverdale High’s out-proud homosexual Kevin Koffler, and yummy Ross Butler as Archie’s nemisis Reggie.
