TMZ is reporting that Jussie Smollett just landed on the west coast. He’s nominated for Best Supporting Actor at the 50th NAACP Image Awards for his role on Empire and the awards show is Saturday.
No official word on whether he’ll attend, but being in town is the first step.

Meanwhile, Trump has weighed in on Smollett’s charges being dropped.
