Actor Josh Brolin gave the latest trend of “perineum sunning” a try — with painful results.
The actor revealed the effect of tanning his bum on Instagram. Brolin wrote next to a photo of a naked man lying on his back with his legs in the air,
“Tried this perineum sunning that I’ve been hearing about and my suggestion is DO NOT do it as long as I did. My pucker hole is crazy burned and I was going to spend the day shopping with my family and instead I’m icing and using aloe and burn creams because of the severity of the pain.”
“I don’t know who the fuck thought of this stupid shit but fuck you nonetheless. Seriously.”
Ouch.
Last month the practice of “perineum sunning” was premiered by an Instagram health influencer, Ra of Earth, who posted a video of three naked men lying on the grass with their legs up, exposing their butts to the light of day. Ra said in the video,
“In a mere 30 seconds of sunlight on your butthole, you will receive more energy from this electric node than you would in an entire day being outside with your clothes on.”
